About Rachel
Rachel Madbury is a contemporary and paranormal romance writer who lives in New England with her adopted blue-tick coonhound, Gus. A tom-boy growing up, Rachel kept her flare for romance to herself, until she discovered she wasn’t the only one who liked steamy stories about strong women and the adventures love could take them on. Nowadays she has a blast letting the voices in her head out to play on the page, and watching love conquer all, time and time again.
Fun Facts:
She was a photographer for years, capturing children and families (and dogs, of course!) as she ran her own portrait business.
In college she won writing awards, but for NON-Fiction. Making the shift to writing romance was a big change. And a fun one!
Filled with wanderlust, Rachel spent six months backpacking in New Zealand on her own. While there she went skydiving, snorkeling with seals, and swimming with wild dolphins.
If there was one thing she could eat every day of her life and not get sick, it’d be Annie’s Mac n Cheese White Cheddar Shells!
